  • This is a Tattoo Request Form. It does not guarantee your project will be taken on.

  • Booked appointments may be up to 3 months out from initial consult process. For earlier openings, be sure to follow on my Instagram channel.

  • Day of drawing time included in hourly rate, if needed. Changes can be made day of, but no designs will be sent out prior.

  • All booked appointments do require a deposit. All deposits are redeemed after the final session of a tattoo.
